ROLE SUMMARY
Maximize company sales growth and profitability by overseeing the daily routines, coaching, and developing associates to achieve better performance
ROLE PROFILE
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints accurately and efficiently through various communication channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting customer expectations and resolving issues within established service standards.
- Promote and maintain a positive customer experience in every interaction.
- Communicate customer concerns, operational issues, and product-related feedback to the Contact Center Supervisor or Manager.
- Support the achievement of e-commerce sales targets by identifying opportunities to promote products and services.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Distribution Centers and Merchandising, to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Contact Center.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and customer-centricity while supporting colleagues and business objectives.REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or Customer Care Experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to manage customer requests, complaints, and CRM cases within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer service management systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.WHAT WE OFFER
