- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury sales
- Experience dealing with premium properties and high-value clients preferred
- European language skills preferred
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation and closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure
