Ultimate Peaks is retained on a confidential search for a major Saudi logistics and transport group.
Our client is appointing a Director to own how jobs are sized, graded, priced and measured across the group.
The mandate
Job architecture, job evaluation and the grade structure
Compensation and benefits design, pay ranges and the annual review
Performance management, the cycle, calibration and the rating standard
Organisation design, structure, spans and layers
Reward submissions to the board remuneration committee
We are looking for
Genuine job evaluation depth in a recognised method, applied in practice
The standing to defend a grade to a Chief Officer who disagrees with it
Experience writing reward papers for a board committee and having them approved
A proper understanding of pay protection and red circling
Arabic and English
This seat sets the standard the organisation is paid and measured against. It carries real influence and it will be argued with.
Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged.
Requirements
- •Genuine job evaluation depth in a recognised method
- •Ability to defend grading decisions to Chief Officers
- •Experience writing reward papers for board committees
- •Understanding of pay protection and red circling
- •Fluency in Arabic and English
- •Experience in large-scale organisation design
