The client is appointing a Director to own security and asset protection across its national network, together with the estate and fleet that keep that network moving. This is not a guarding role. It is accountability for the integrity of everything that moves, sits or is stored under the group's name.
The mandate
• Security operations across every site in the Kingdom, run as one system rather than a collection of posts
• Asset protection, loss prevention and loss investigation, with the numbers to show it is working
• CCTV, access control and physical security systems: standards, upgrades and integration
• Facilities, utilities and the estate that supports the network
• Fleet: compliance, utilisation and cost
What we are looking for
- You have run a distributed security operation across many sites, not one
- You have done asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail or a comparable high-volume environment
- You can lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and are serious about building a career path for it
- You bring facilities and fleet competence, or the judgement to hire it beneath you and hold it to account
- Arabic is essentialWe are looking for someone who understands the difference between guarding a site and protecting an asset.
Open to Saudi nationals. Applications are handled in strict confidence.

- •Experience running distributed security operations across multiple sites
- •Experience in asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail, or high-volume environments
- •Ability to lead a large frontline Saudi workforce

- •Understanding of asset protection vs. site guarding
Responsibilities
- •Own security and asset protection across the national network
- •Manage estate and fleet operations

- •Oversee loss prevention and loss investigation
- •Manage CCTV, access control, and physical security systems standards and upgrades
- •Manage facilities, utilities, and the supporting estate
- •Ensure fleet compliance, utilization, and cost management
