Serve as a Consultant in the Dermatology department, Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases. Provide second opinion and coaching for specialist and senior specialist physicians. Support the top management with recommendations and ideas for improving the services provided and the staff in the clinic either on the short or the long term.
Accountabilities
⢠Assess patients and document findings.
⢠Designs and executes the patientās plan of care.
⢠Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
⢠Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
⢠Orders and reviews result of patientsā investigations.
⢠Prescribe medications for patients.
⢠Fulfills his/her obligations related to Patient Records.
⢠Prescribe medications for patients.
⢠Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
⢠Adherent to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulation.
⢠Adherent to the mission, vision goals and practice guidelines in NCC.
⢠Actively participate in all NCC Committees and Task Forces that he/she are assigned to.
⢠Adherent to the CBAHI standards of care.
⢠Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments of the NCC, other local agencies, vendors, patients, their families and other interested parties.
⢠Completes fire safety requirements.
⢠Complies with clinical & departmental structure standards, including attendance.
⢠Participates in continuous quality improvement / program evaluation activities and observe measures to ensure Clinical, MOH and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are met.
⢠Participate in continuous professional development of all junior staff .
⢠Evidence base oriented.
⢠Integrate the population factors of heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into a patient's care.
⢠Develops, participate and supports an active Continuing Medical Education program for the Section, Department or Clinical assigned by the chairman which may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs and other educational activities.
Specialty Tasks:
⢠Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
⢠Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing:
⢠Provide second opinion for specialists and senior specialist if needed to ensure sharing knowledge across the team as well as adherence to guidelines and best practices.
⢠Support the Medical Director (if needed) in the performance management process with the specialist and senior specialists by providing objective evaluation for their performance and potential.
The employeeās duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

⢠Working Hours : 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.
Job Requirements
Education
⢠Bachelorās degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
⢠Masterās degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities.
⢠Fellowship\Board or Medical Doctor āMDā
Experience
⢠5 years of clinical experience following Medical Doctor āMDā in the specialty OR 3 year of clinical experience following Fellowship in the specialty.
SCFHS License
⢠Licensed as Consultant in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Computer Skills
⢠Office & Health Information Systems
Languages
⢠English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
