Creative Director

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about creating bold, engaging and commercially effective work for automotive brands.

Working alongside our creative, strategy, account management and production teams, you will develop innovative concepts and creative solutions across digital, social media, integrated campaigns, content production, retail and experiential marketing. You may be involved in concept development, creative direction, design, copywriting, content creation, motion graphics, photography or videography.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work and the ability to transform client briefs into compelling creative ideas. You'll be comfortable working independently, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.

A advantage would be a creative professional who understands automotive audiences, current industry trends and how to create work that delivers measurable business results while maintaining the highest creative standards.

You'll have previous experience working within a creative agency or similar environment, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant work. Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience across digital, social, content and integrated campaigns is highly desirable.

• Lead creative concepts and campaigns across key KSA accounts.
• Translate client briefs and strategic insights into compelling creative ideas.
• Provide creative direction across copy, art direction, content, film and social.
• Present and confidently sell creative ideas to senior clients.
• Lead, mentor and inspire creative teams and freelance talent.
• Ensure work is culturally relevant and appropriate for Saudi audiences while maintaining a high international creative standard.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, production and account teams from concept through delivery.
• Maintain creative quality and consistency across multiple projects and channels.
• Stay close to Saudi cultural trends, consumer behaviour and emerging platforms.An established Creative Director with significant agency experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC, a strong portfolio of integrated creative campaigns and demonstrable experience working with major KSA brands and clients. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment and presenting directly to senior stakeholders.

Fluent Arabic and English are essential, alongside a strong understanding of Saudi culture and the ability to develop ideas that feel genuinely local rather than simply adapted for the market.
