Responsibilities:
• Contract drafting & review – Prepare, edit, and review contract documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Compliance monitoring – Ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations in line with agreed terms, timelines, and regulations.
• Documentation management – Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related correspondence.
• Coordination with stakeholders – Liaise with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing legal and financial terms.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office tools.Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years’ work related experience - High School.
• Minimum 4 years’ work related experience - Diploma.
• Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.
• Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas

Requirements
