Job Description

You are the creative mind behind every compelling story and memorable visual. At MGallery, each property tells a unique story, and as a Content & Graphic Specialist, you bring that story to life through engaging content, striking visuals, and creative digital communication. With a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand identity, you help showcase the hotel’s distinctive character and create meaningful connections with guests across digital and print platforms.

What you will be doing:

• Create engaging visual content and compelling copy for the hotel’s social media platforms, website, and digital marketing channels.

• Design creative graphics, promotional materials, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

• Develop high-quality content that reflects the MGallery brand identity, storytelling, and luxury hospitality positioning.

• Capture and edit photographs and videos showcasing hotel facilities, dining experiences, events, guest experiences, and unique property offerings.

• Support the development and execution of social media content calendars and digital marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other hotel departments to develop creative concepts for promotions, events, and special occasions.

• Ensure all content and designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet established quality standards.

• Monitor social media trends and emerging creative formats to develop relevant, engaging, and innovative content.

• Assist in maintaining and updating website content, online listings, and digital promotional materials as required.

• Support the creation of internal communication materials, colleague engagement campaigns, and hotel event visuals.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.

• Uphold the MGallery spirit by communicating the hotel’s unique story through thoughtful, refined, and inspiring content.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, or a related creative role; hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, visual storytelling, and digital content creation skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools is an advantage.

• Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to grammar and detail.

• Good understanding of social media trends, digital marketing principles, and audience engagement.

• Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and storytelling abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• A proactive, adaptable team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creativity.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
