At InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cluster Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team and support our hotel and residences operations.
As the Cluster Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing key Human Resources activities across InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi.
You will work closely with the leadership team and colleagues to create a positive colleague experience, support business needs, and ensure our Human Resources practices are aligned with IHG standards and UAE employment requirements.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you will mainly be responsible for:
- Lead the day-to-day Human Resources operations across both properties.
- Partner with department leaders and management on people-related matters and Human Resources initiatives.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, talent development and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee relations matters.
- Ensure Human Resources policies, procedures and practices are consistently implemented.
- Lead and support colleague engagement initiatives and activities.
- Monitor Human Resources reports, headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other key Human Resources metrics.
- Support learning and development initiatives and career growth opportunities for colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, IHG standards and internal Human Resources policies.
- Coach and develop the Human Resources team to deliver a high level of service to colleagues and leaders.
- Support audits, colleague welfare initiatives and other Human Resources projects as required.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture across both properties.What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or Cluster Human Resources Manager role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources operations, employee relations, recruitment and colleague engagement.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws and Human Resources practices.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
