Chocolatier Sales

Job Brief

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Chocolatier Sales team member to represent our chocolate products and provide an excellent experience to every guest. You will assist customers with product selection, prepare and present chocolate products, maintain an attractive sales area, and support daily sales operations. This role is important for delivering quality service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring our products are presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional and attentive service.
• Explain chocolate products, flavors, ingredients, and available options to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting chocolates, gift boxes, and other products based on their preferences.
• Prepare, pack, label, and present chocolate products and gift orders according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display and sales area.
• Monitor product availability and restock shelves, displays, and packaging materials as needed.
• Handle customer orders, payments, and basic cash or POS transactions accurately.
• Support promotional activities, seasonal displays, and special customer orders.
• Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, product handling, and presentation.
• Report damaged products, low stock, customer concerns, or equipment issues to the supervisor.

• No formal education required; basic reading, writing, and communication skills are preferred.

• Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or food service experience is preferred but not required.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Presentable, friendly, and comfortable working directly with customers.

• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
