Change Management & Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Change Management & Training Specialist to support organizational transformation, business improvement, and operational change initiatives within a large-scale industrial environment.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication activities, and training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, technologies, policies, and organizational initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, project teams, subject matter experts, and employees to assess change impacts, manage resistance, build organizational readiness, and ensure employees have the knowledge and capabilities required to successfully transition to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management Plans for organizational, operational, digital, and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify how changes will affect employees, processes, roles, systems, and business operations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans aligned with project and organizational objectives.
• Identify potential resistance to change and develop appropriate mitigation and engagement strategies.
• Assess organizational readiness and develop action plans to improve change adoption.
• Work closely with project managers, business leaders, subject matter experts, and functional teams throughout the change lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, awareness sessions, and briefing sessions to support organizational change.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business requirements, competency gaps, and upcoming organizational changes.
• Develop training materials, presentations, user guides, manuals, procedures, FAQs, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accurately reflects new processes, systems, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions for employees and stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of train-the-trainer programs where required.
• Monitor training participation, knowledge transfer, competency development, and employee adoption.
• Collect feedback from employees and stakeholders and incorporate findings into continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and track change adoption, readiness, training completion, and effectiveness KPIs.
• Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support post-implementation activities to ensure sustained adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational practices.
• Develop communication materials including announcements, newsletters, presentations, awareness campaigns, and change updates.
• Ensure change and training activities are aligned with organizational policies, procedures, standards, and business objectives.
• Maintain appropriate documentation, training records, attendance records, assessments, and change management deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, Education, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Training, or transformation-related roles.
• Experience working within large-scale industrial, energy, oil & gas, engineering, or other complex operational environments is highly preferred.
• Proven experience supporting organizational transformation, business process improvement, digital transformation, system implementation, or operational change initiatives.
• Strong experience in developing and delivering professional training programs.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing competency-based training programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across different organizational levels.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
