Business Systems & Reporting Analyst

Eram Talent is hiring for their reputed client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst. The Business Systems & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for processing, analyzing, and interpreting large-scale data records to support data-driven decision-making processes. Sitting at the intersection of Management Information Systems (MIS) and business operations—preferably within the Learning & Development (L&D) domain—the successful candidate will synthesize complex information into actionable insights, executive presentations, and structured reports.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing & Analysis: Extract, clean, compile, and analyze large datasets utilizing MS Excel, PDF Professional, and corporate reporting tools.
• Insights & Decision Support: Interpret complex data records, identify operational trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and present data-backed recommendations to management.
• Reporting & Documentation: Design, build, and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reporting dashboards and presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Domain Alignment: Partner closely with business units (specifically Learning & Development / HR) to evaluate program performance, training metrics, and operational deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing reporting workflows and systems to identify gaps, streamline data collection, and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate analytical findings clearly and support ongoing business projects.
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related field from a reputable universityWork Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data processing, and business reporting.
• Prior work experience within the Learning & Development (L&D) or HR domain is strongly preferred.Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and MS PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience with PDF Professional tools for document processing and reporting.Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical thinking with a proven track record of converting raw data into meaningful executive insights.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, team collaboration, and presentation abilities.Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• HR / L&D related professional credentials (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRMP) are an added advantage.
