Khibraty is seeking an experienced consultant to support individual board members seeking reelection in a Saudi closed joint-stock company.
The consultant will support individual board members seeking reelection by developing positioning, messages, and communication materials, and by coaching candidates on effective delivery.
Scope of work:
- Review company strategy and financial performance.
- Develop distinct positioning, key messages, and an electoral program for each candidate.
- Prepare shareholder presentations, speeches, and concise communication materials.
- Develop evidence-based responses to difficult questions on performance, accountability, and conflicts of interest.
- Coach candidates on presentation delivery and Q&A.Relevant experience:
- Strategic, financial, and shareholder communications.
- Investor relations and corporate governance.
- Executive messaging, speechwriting, and presentation coaching.
- Professional Arabic writing and experience with Saudi companies.
- Direct experience supporting corporate board candidates is preferred.Engagement:
Shortterm consultancy, with deliverables required within 5 days. Consultants should confirm availability and any team support needed.
The scope covers content development and coaching; publishing, advertising, and direct shareholder outreach are excluded.
Requirements
- •Experience in strategic, financial, and shareholder communications
- •Experience in investor relations and corporate governance
- •Expertise in executive messaging, speechwriting, and presentation coaching
- •Professional Arabic writing skills
- •Experience with Saudi companies
