Carry out routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on Jetour vehicles under supervision, following OEM procedures, to deliver safe and reliable vehicles to customers on time
- Perform periodic maintenance services (oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, inspections) according to the Jetour service schedule
- Carry out basic mechanical repairs: brakes, tyres, wheel balancing, belts, batteries, wipers and bulbs
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and record findings on the job card
- Report additional repairs found during service to the Team Leader for customer approval
- Use correct torque values, fluids and parts specified by Jetour
- Clock on and off jobs correctly in the DMS
- Protect customer vehicles with seat, steering and floor covers
- Keep tools, equipment and work bay clean and in good condition
- Follow workshop health, safety and environment (HSE) rules, use PPE at all times, and keep the work area clean and organised (5S)
Requirements
- •Ability to follow OEM procedures
- •Knowledge of basic mechanical repairs (brakes, tyres, belts, batteries)
- •Ability to complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- •Knowledge of correct torque values and fluids
- •Ability to use DMS for job clocking
