Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of marketing, communications, digital, social media, content, and brand initiatives for Our Habitas Ras Abrouq. The role helps strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement and commercial performance, and ensure that all communications authentically reflect the Our Habitas brand, culture, and guest experience.

The position works closely with property leadership, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Wellness, and regional/global marketing teams to bring the resort's stories, experiences, and commercial priorities to life.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Brand

• Support the development and implementation of the property's annual marketing and communications plan.
• Ensure all marketing activities and collateral are aligned with Our Habitas brand standards and positioning.
• Support campaigns promoting accommodation, F&B, wellness, experiences, events, and seasonal offerings.
• Coordinate the production and approval of marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations, signage, and other brand assets.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the positioning and visibility of Our Habitas Ras Abrouq within Qatar and key international markets.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice, imagery, messaging, and guest-facing communications.Digital & Social Media

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing and social media activities.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure regular, relevant, and engaging content across appropriate channels.
• Work with internal teams, photographers, videographers, agencies, and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Monitor digital and social media performance and recommend opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Ensure online information about the property, experiences, offers, and facilities remains accurate and up to date.Content & Storytelling

• Develop engaging content that communicates the unique story, experiences, people, culture, nature, and sense of place of Our Habitas Ras Abrouq.
• Support copywriting and editing for campaigns, newsletters, digital platforms, promotional materials, and internal/external communications.
• Coordinate photography and content shoots, including planning, logistics, shot lists, and departmental requirements.
• Maintain an organized library of approved photography, videos, artwork, and marketing assets.Campaigns & Commercial Support

• Work closely with Sales and Revenue teams to develop campaigns supporting occupancy, revenue, and business priorities.
• Support the creation and promotion of packages, offers, events, activations, and experiences.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed deadlines.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting results and opportunities for improvement.
• Support partnership and cross-promotional opportunities with relevant brands and organizations.PR, Media & Partnerships

• Support PR activities, media visits, influencer stays, familiarization trips, and content collaborations.
• Coordinate itineraries and property requirements for visiting media, influencers, partners, and content creators.
• Assist in preparing press materials, property information, fact sheets, and media assets.
• Support relationships with relevant local partners, tourism stakeholders, lifestyle brands, and community organizations.
• Ensure collaborations are aligned with the positioning and values of Our Habitas.Administration & Coordination

• Assist with marketing budget tracking, purchase requests, invoices, contracts, and related administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in commercial and operational meetings as required.
• Ensure deadlines and agreed marketing deliverables are consistently followed up and completed.Leadership & Collaboration

• Build strong working relationships across all departments and encourage collaboration around marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with operational teams to understand upcoming activities and identify opportunities for storytelling and promotion.
• Represent the brand professionally when dealing with guests, partners, agencies, media, and other external stakeholders.
• Support and guide colleagues involved in marketing activities where required.
• Demonstrate flexibility and actively support wider property initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle hotels/resorts, travel, or a premium consumer brand.Experience

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Experience coordinating photography, videography, PR, influencers, or creative agencies is advantageous.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to understand marketing performance and business objectives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with content management, social media, design, CRM, or digital analytics platforms is an advantage.
