To support the Government Relations function by coordinating interactions with government entities, monitoring regulatory requirements, managing official documentation, and ensuring timely processing of organizational permits, licenses, visas, registrations, and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Government Liaison
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to facilitate organizational requirements.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with relevant government stakeholders.
- Support the submission and follow-up of official applications, permits, and approvals.
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor changes in government regulations, policies, and procedures that may impact the organization.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor, immigration, municipality, and commercial regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of government-related activities and compliance requirements.
Documentation & Administration
- Prepare, review, and track government correspondence, applications, and official documents.
- Maintain records of licenses, registrations, permits, and renewals.
- Ensure all government documentation is updated and filed appropriately.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track KPIs related to government transactions and approvals.
- Prepare periodic reports on application status, compliance activities, and government engagement.
- Analyze process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Support
- Support internal departments regarding government-related procedures and requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other functions on government-related matters.
- Provide timely updates on pending requests and approvals.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Political Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Government Relations or Regulatory Compliance are advantageous.Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Administration, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Experience dealing with Saudi government platforms and authorities is preferred.Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Saudi government regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher, and Ministry of Commerce portals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and document management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Political Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- •2+ years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Administration, HR Operations, or a related field
- •Knowledge of Saudi government regulations and procedures

- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
