Systems and Networks Administrator

Job Objective

Responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining the company's technical infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, and communications. Ensuring the continuity, efficiency, and security of technical services, and providing technical support to various departments and branches.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Systems and Server Management

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage VMware and Hyper-V environments.2. Network and Infrastructure Management

• Operate and manage LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks.
• Configure and manage network devices such as Switches and Routers.
• Manage VLAN, VPN, and Firewalls.
• Ensure stable connectivity between branches and the headquarters.3. Cybersecurity and System Protection

• Apply information security policies to systems and networks.
• Monitor security updates and address vulnerabilities.
• Manage access permissions and protect company data.
• Monitor unusual activities and handle technical incidents.4. Backup and Business Continuity

• Execute and monitor backups for data and systems.
• Test data recovery processes.
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery plans.5. Technical Support and Operations

• Resolve technical issues related to networks and systems.
• Provide technical support to employees and branches.
• Follow up with vendors and telecommunications and technology service providers.
• Document infrastructure and technical procedures and prepare reports.Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications are preferred.Required Experience

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in systems and network administration.
• Experience in managing corporate technical infrastructure.
• Experience in multi-branch companies and the retail sector is preferred.
