AI Product Manager

We're looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-driven products, solutions, and services from idea through implementation. You'll work at the intersection of our clients, our technical teams, and our leadership—turning business needs into clear product and delivery requirements, while ensuring that what we build creates measurable value.

This is a client-facing role. You'll be as comfortable presenting to senior leadership as you are working through technical detail with engineers and data scientists. You'll help shape opportunities, guide clients through what AI can realistically deliver, translate business objectives into clear requirements and deliverables, and build the trust that turns successful projects into long-term partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product and delivery lifecycle for AI solutions, from discovery and scoping through requirements definition, development, testing, client acceptance, launch, and iteration.
• Work directly with clients to define business and functional requirements, understand their operational challenges, clarify priorities, and translate their needs into a solution that is both technically achievable and aligned with their objectives.
• Lead the development of project requirements and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensuring that scope, use cases, workflows, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes are clearly documented and agreed with the client and internal teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product requirements, roadmaps, user stories, priorities, and delivery plans for engineering, data science, design, and other delivery teams.
• Manage project delivery throughout the lifecycle, maintaining visibility across scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outstanding client inputs, and working closely with delivery teams to keep the project on track.
• Define and clarify delivery milestones and their associated requirements, ensuring that both internal teams and clients have a shared understanding of what is expected at each stage, what constitutes completion, and what inputs or approvals are required to progress.
• Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process from planning through final acceptance. This includes defining the UAT approach and acceptance criteria, preparing UAT scenarios and supporting documentation, coordinating client and internal testing activities, tracking issues and resolutions, and obtaining formal client approval and sign-off.
• Work closely with technical teams to assess feasibility and make informed trade-offs across functionality, AI performance, user experience, delivery timelines, and technical constraints.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple parties, maintaining clear communication, surfacing risks and decisions early, and keeping clients, technical teams, project stakeholders, and leadership aligned throughout delivery.
• Present product strategy, requirements, delivery progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders, both internally and on the client side.
• Support business development and solution shaping by leading client conversations, contributing to proposals and scopes of work, defining potential AI use cases, and presenting PhazeRo's capabilities.
• Keep up with developments in AI and emerging technologies, identifying relevant opportunities that can improve existing solutions or create new value for clients. What We Value

• Experience. Around six years of experience in product management, product delivery, business analysis, or related roles, including hands-on work with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
