Account Manager

Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join CARMA’s Client Success team in Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in both Arabic and English. Experience in Media Intelligence, PR, or Communications is a plus.

This opportunity is open to Saudi nationals as part of our Saudization initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

-Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely completion of deliverables.

-Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions to maximize value.

-Identify upselling and business growth opportunities within existing accounts.

-Oversee client onboarding, account activations, and platform training.

-Manage client contracts, account profitability, and service commitments.

-Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, client presentations, and quarterly business reviews.

-Conduct regular client health checks to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.

-Collaborate with internal teams across CARMA's regional offices to coordinate projects and meet client expectations.

-Proactively resolve client issues and maintain strong, trusted partnerships.

-Provide regular account updates and progress reports to clients and internal management.

-Ensure compliance with CARMA's policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
• Previous experience in Media Intelligence, PR, or Communications is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Saudi nationality, in line with the role's Saudization requirements.
