Overview Of The Role:

• The Watch Technician is responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on watches and clocks, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service. The role is crucial in achieving the set service targets and supporting the sales department by delivering efficient and reliable repair services. This position requires a meticulous approach to work, with a strong focus on technical expertise and customer service, ensuring that all repairs meet the required quality standards.
What You Will Do:

Technical Services

• Perform professional and technical repairs of watches and clocks to industry standards.
• Evaluate and provide technical estimates regarding the authenticity and reparability of watches.
• Verify and monitor quality control checks to ensure service standards are met.
• Consolidate technical issues and provide feedback to improve service efficiency.
• Follow up and manage technical documentation to maintain accurate service records.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Technical proficiency in watch and clock repairs.
• Ability to estimate and verify watch authenticity and reparability.
• Proficiency in quality control and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Completed 10th Standard education.
• 5 or more years of experience in a Service Technician role, particularly working with watches and clocks.
• Sound knowledge of watches and the watch industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer interaction skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
