Overview Of The Role:
The Financial Analyst will provide comprehensive support to the BP&A Team in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role involves consolidating and circulating financial reports, assisting with automation projects, and performing administrative duties to support the team's objectives. Success in this role requires timely and accurate completion of responsibilities, proactive business follow-ups, and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist the BP&A Team to manage the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Forecasts.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of planning responsibilities.

Reporting, Financial Analysis & Contingency Planning

• Assist the BP&A Team in preparing, following up, and circulating regular and ad-hoc reports and financial analyses.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting responsibilities.

Automation / Projects

• Support the BP&A Team in following up, preparing, and circulating automation and project reports and analyses.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of automation/project responsibilities.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to BP&A Head and Team.

• Ensure timely provision of required support.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strategic planning and budgeting expertise

• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Commerce graduate with specialization in Finance/Systems.

• 4 years of experience in budgeting, financial/management reporting, preferably in the retail sector in the Middle East.

• Proficiency in accounting software packages, particularly ERP systems like SAP.

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, and organizing skills with strong business acumen.
