Programme Overview

The UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme is an accelerated development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of Emirati leaders in commercial real estate. This comprehensive 2-year rotational programme provides exposure to multiple service lines, mentorship from senior leaders, and structured learning pathways to build foundational expertise in the real estate industry.

Successful graduates will gain hands-on experience across JLL's core business functions while contributing to meaningful projects that drive client outcomes and business growth in the UAE market. The programme offers rotations across various business lines based on your background, interests, and organizational needs.

What You'll Experience

During this structured 2-year programme, you will:

Rotate Across Business Functions: Gain exposure to different service lines within JLL, which may include Markets & Research, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Solutions, Property & Asset Management, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services, and other specialized areas. Rotations are designed to build broad industry knowledge and help you identify your area of interest and strength.

Work on Real Projects: Contribute to live client engagements and business-critical initiatives from day one. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on projects that impact the UAE's real estate landscape, from market analysis and property valuations to development projects and investment transactions.

Develop Core Competencies: Build essential skills in financial analysis, data modeling, client communication, presentation development, project coordination, and strategic thinking. Learn to use industry-standard software and tools while developing professional business acumen.

Receive Mentorship & Coaching: Benefit from dedicated mentorship with senior leaders who will guide your professional development. Regular performance feedback, coaching sessions, and career planning discussions ensure you're progressing toward your goals.

Participate in Structured Learning: Engage in formal training sessions covering technical skills, industry knowledge, professional development, and leadership fundamentals. Access JLL's global learning platform and pursue relevant professional certifications.

Build Your Network: Connect with colleagues across business lines, engage with clients and industry partners, and participate in networking events. Build relationships that will support your long-term career growth within JLL and the broader real estate sector.

What We're Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Marketing, or related fields
• Graduation from a recognized university with strong academic standing
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• Graduation within the last 12-24 months, or final-year students completing their degree in 2025
Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with data, conduct research, and synthesize information
• Professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detailPersonal Attributes:

• UAE National with valid Family Book
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn across multiple disciplines
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and openness to feedback in a dynamic environment
• Proactive self-starter who takes initiative
• Interest in commercial real estate, property markets, business, or related sectors
• Commitment to building a long-term career in the industry
Preferred (Not Required):

• Internship or work experience in real estate, consulting, finance, engineering, project management, or related industries
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community involvement
• Familiarity with UAE real estate market dynamics or business environment
• Additional language skills

Selection Process:

• Application Review: Initial screening based on academic qualifications and eligibility
• Online Assessment: Aptitude and personality assessment to evaluate capabilities and fit
• First-Round Interview: Meeting with HR and Programme Manager to discuss motivations, background, and programme expectations
• Final-Round Interview: Discussion with business leaders to assess cultural fit and potential
• Offer & Onboarding: Background verification, reference checks, and programme induction
