Organization Unit Purpose
Emirates NBD is expanding its presence in Al Ain, focusing on the development and empowerment of UAE Nationals. This strategic initiative aims to create opportunities for UAE Nationals to contribute to the bank's operations and growth. We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team in the areas of Transaction Banking Operations, Account Services, and Retail Credit Services & Financial Crime Surveillance Unit Service departments
Job Purpose
The purpose of the roles in Product Operations is to support Emirates NBD's strategic expansion in Al Ain by ensuring the efficient and effective management of the bank's operational functions. The job holders will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to both internal and external customers, while adhering to the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. candidates will be required to verify documents and update customer data on the system
