Job Summary

The Trade Marketing Manager Saudi Arabia is responsible for translating commercial and brand strategy into winning activation and execution within pharmacy chains and priority customers across KSA.

Reporting to the Commercial Head, this role acts as the bridge between Sales and Marketing, ensuring that launches, promotions, visibility programs and trade investments deliver measurable commercial impact.

The position owns trade activation planning, Perfect Store implementation, promotional ROI tracking, and channel execution standards across Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

• Develop and execute KSA Trade Marketing Strategy aligned with commercial and brand objectives.

• Lead Joint Business Planning with key pharmacy chains and strategic customers.

• Own customer and channel segmentation to tailor activations and investments based on growth potential.

• Build and manage the annual Trade Marketing & activation calendar across KSA.

• Drive Perfect Store excellence, ensuring consistent visibility, availability, and execution standards.

• Optimize trade marketing investment and promotional ROI through data-driven decision-making.

• Identify category, shopper, market, and competitive opportunities and translate insights into growth initiatives.

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Establish and track commercial KPIs including sales uplift, distribution, visibility, promotion effectiveness, and ROI.

• Drive innovation and best-practice sharing to continuously improve channel execution and customer impact.

• Support the expansion and growth of Limitless Naturals in KSA by building scalable channel strategies and execution models.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or Commercial roles.
• Strong experience in consumer health, FMCG, pharma-adjacent or wellness categories.
• Experience working with major pharmacy chains in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical capability and understanding of trade spend and promotional ROI.
• Experience in multi-functional collaboration within commercial organizations.
