We are seeking a Tendering / Proposal Engineer to support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals for engineering projects in Qatar within the oil & gas sector. The role will focus on developing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or estimation.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Experience working on EPC or engineering projects.
Other Qualifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for engineering projects.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect technical and commercial information required for tender submissions.
- Support estimation and proposal preparation activities.
- Ensure tender documentation is complete and submitted within required deadlines.
- Follow up on tender and proposal requirements throughout the submission process.
- Maintain accurate tender and proposal documentation.
