Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, check, and maintain anesthesia machines, ventilators, monitors, and related equipment.
- Assist anesthesiologists during the administration of anesthesia and surgical procedures.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment, airway devices, and emergency supplies.
- Prepare operating rooms and anesthesia workstations before surgical procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunction promptly.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Assist with emergency situations and ensure the readiness of resuscitation equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment checks, maintenance, and supplies.
• Coordinate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Valid DHA License as an Anesthesia Technician is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Anesthesia Technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment, operating room protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Arabic-speaking and Filipino candidates are preferred.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
