We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join the Flow Products Division and support the sales of pumps, valves, and expansion joints. The role will focus on developing sales opportunities, understanding customer technical requirements, recommending suitable flow product solutions, and managing the sales process to support business growth and customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in flow products.
  • Strong technical knowledge and sales experience in:
  • Pumps
  • Valves
  • Expansion Joints
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for pumps, valves, and expansion joints.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements.
  • Recommend suitable flow product solutions based on customer needs and applications.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation.
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and support negotiations and order closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure effective customer support.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Flow Products Division.
