Role Overview
Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and helping people reach their full potential? Miral is seeking a Talent Development Lead to drive our learning and development strategy, empowering colleagues across our world-class attractions and experiences.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative development solutions, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand departmental and park-specific learning requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular engagement, park visits, and special events.
- Ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.Learning & Development
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, including:
- Learning Needs Analysis
- Program Design & Development
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Deliver engaging and impactful workshops focused on technical, knowledge-based, and soft-skill development for employees at all levels.
- Design and develop innovative online learning content using tools such as Articulate and VYond.
- Launch and manage learning solutions across platforms including Viva Engage, Loop, LMS, and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting requirements.
- Partner with the Talent Management team to support Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation.Supporting Talent Initiatives
- Support Miral's Emiratization strategy in collaboration with the Emiratization team.
- Contribute to internship programs, cross-training initiatives, and multiskilling projects.What We're Looking For
Education
Essential
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fieldPreferred
- Train the Trainer Certification (ATD / ISTD)
- Facilitation Certification (ATD) or Coaching Certification (ICF)Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience
- Strong background in training design, facilitation, and deliveryPreferred
- Experience within Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Attractions, or Theme Park industries
