Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling counter sales, inbound customer inquiries, and field visits to identify spare parts requirements for heavy machinery and equipment. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, providing accurate technical and commercial support, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Counter Sales & Inbound Requests

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct replacement parts using digital catalogs, OEM software, part numbers, and technical references.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via telephone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate quotations, pricing, lead times, and technical specifications.
• Process sales orders, invoices, payments, and inventory updates accurately.2. Field & Customer Engagement

• Visit customer yards, job sites, and workshops to identify spare parts requirements directly from machinery.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, workshop supervisors, mechanics, and procurement teams.
• Follow up on quotations and pending orders and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate sales within approved pricing and company guidelines.3. Inventory & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor fast-moving spare parts and report shortages or stockouts to procurement.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track daily sales activities and inquiries.Key Competencies:

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot technical parts inquiries under pressure.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in spare parts sales for heavy equipment, construction machinery, industrial machinery, or commercial vehicles.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of hydraulics, engine parts, undercarriage components, filters, electrical systems, and other machinery components.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and work with Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPCs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Valid driving license is required for customer site visits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics, POS/inventory software, and Microsoft Office.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated CV and relevant experience.
