Spa Attendant

•Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, showers, and reception areas.•Prepare treatment rooms before and after guest appointments according to established procedures.•Replenish towels, robes, slippers, amenities, and guest supplies throughout the spa.•Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.•Monitor spa facilities and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to your supervisor.•Ensure all equipment and furnishings are maintained in excellent condition.•Follow established health, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.•Assist with laundry collection, sorting, and distribution of spa linens.•Support therapists and spa team members with operational requirements when needed.•Monitor inventory levels of spa supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.•Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.•Wear the designated uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.•Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.•Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the spa operation and guest experience.
