- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
- Proven track record of closing property transactions
- Experience in off-plan or secondary-market sales
- Strong lead conversion, negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently pursue targets
- Excellent communication and client relationship management
- European background preferred
- Currently based in Dubai
- 55%–65% commission structure

Requirements
