- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage
- Fluency in multiple languges
- Experience communicating with clients from different cultural and language backgrounds
- Proven sales performance and ability to convert qualified leads
- Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Dubai property opportunities and the local market
- Currently residing in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Commission structure ranging from 50%–70%
- Fresh daily leads and full marketing support

Requirements
