The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join WSP International LLC‑Qatar Branch within the QA GEC Supervision department . The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end commercial and contractual management of construction projects across the GCC, with a strong emphasis on preparing and evaluating Extension of Time, variation, disruption and cost claims, drafting professional contractual letters and notices, and supporting dispute avoidance and resolution in line with FIDIC contract principles.
Requirements
- •Experience in end-to-end commercial and contractual management of construction projects
- •Strong emphasis on preparing and evaluating Extension of Time (EOT), variation, disruption, and cost claims
- •Ability to draft professional contractual letters and notices
- •Knowledge of FIDIC contract principles
- •Experience in supporting dispute avoidance and resolution
