- Follow market intelligence including internal needs & competitor activity
- Maintains professional, technical and product knowledge by attending various trainings & sales workshops as guided by the management.Ensure control requirement of the business are adhered to in line with Bank policies to ensure quality growth in business.
Requirements
- •Experience in acquiring High Net Worth mortgage customers
- •Ability to consistently exceed monthly KPI and sales targets
- •Knowledge of KYC and AML policies
- •Fully accredited for selling Islamic mortgage solutions
- •Ability to lead business development initiatives with real estate partners and brokers
- •Proficiency in recording sales activities in CRM
