Senior Marketing Specialist (UAE National ONLY)

The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing cam-paigns and activities across assigned business areas.
The role will work closely with Marketing Managers, business teams, agencies and other internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign requirements, maintain documentation and trackers, follow up on deliverables and support timely execution of marketing activities in accordance with approved plans, budgets and brand guidelines.

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives based on agreed plans and timelines.
• Coordinate campaign requirements, creative materials and deliverables with internal teams and agencies.
• Follow up on outstanding actions to support timely campaign delivery.
• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, documentation and status updates.
• Coordinate internal approvals and support required operational processes.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, reports and campaign-related documentation.
• Ensure marketing materials follow approved brand guidelines and templates.
• Coordinate creative amendments and feedback between stakeholders and agencies.
• Escalate brand-related queries or deviations to the relevant Brand team.
• Maintain records of campaign expenditure against approved budgets.
• Support purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation processes in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
• Highlight outstanding financial or administrative actions for follow-up.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution or marketing operations.
• Exposure to banking, financial services or a structured corporate environment is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders is preferred.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of marketing and digital channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and campaign tracking/reporting tools.
• Collaborative approach with strong follow-up and execution discipline
