About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Assistant to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing tasks to optimize the General Manager's time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
• Manage and screen incoming communications, emails, and calls.
• Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the Chief 's schedule.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings attended by the Chief.
Take accurate meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Entrusted with sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
• Proven experience (5–7 years) as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally within luxury hospitality or similar fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with senior leadership, corporate departments, and external partners
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Professional communication skills, with the confidence to interact with government entities, clients, and high-profile partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of corporate operations and executive support

Requirements
- •5-7 years experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
- •Experience in luxury hospitality or similar fast-paced environments
- •Strong stakeholder management skills
