Description
GSS Tech Group is hiring a Senior Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, for a leading government financial institution in Abu Dhabi. You will design, build and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that support critical customer service and complaint management processes in a highly regulated environment.
This is a hands on senior role. You will write code daily, lead the technical design of CRM solutions, and guide junior developers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop, test and deploy custom solutions using C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK, covering both server side and client side development
- Build forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows and business process flows to automate processes and improve user experience
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
- Lead solution architecture for CRM projects in line with enterprise architecture standards
- Configure security roles, business unit hierarchies and data management, and tune system performance
- Support system upgrades, patching and migration activities
- Conduct code reviews, manage version control and enforce development standards
- Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, system documentation and release notes
- Mentor junior team members and work closely with business analysts, functional teams, project managers and Microsoft partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (online and/or on premises)
- Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript and Visual Studio, including plugin development and the Dynamics 365 SDK
- Hands on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns
- Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL and database design
- Experience with Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ITIL
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Application Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), or equivalent
- Experience in banking, financial services or a government or regulatory environment is strongly preferred
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken EnglishPlease note: this role is for Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement only. Profiles focused on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, AX or Business Central will not be considered.
