Senior Construction Manager

JASARA PMC, a leader in the construction sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee its projects in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Construction Manager will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting all quality standards. You will be responsible for leading the project team, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving the execution of construction plans that align with JASARA's commitment to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure effective project delivery.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Review contractor performance and manage relationships to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise effectively.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risk assessments. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years of construction management experience, with a focus on large-scale projects in Mixed Use Hotels & Buildings.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
