Senior Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are recruiting a Senior Business Development Executive to join our client in Dubai on a short-term contract from October to December, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

You will find, attract and convert high-value companies looking to set up a business or explore commercial opportunities in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Your focus will be on:

• Generating qualified leads
• Engaging and building relationships with decision-makers
• Negotiating and closing opportunities
• Converting prospects into successful company registrations
• Managing your pipeline in SalesforceThis is a target-driven, hands-on sales role. We are looking for someone with a corporate sales or business setup background who can bring new companies to Dubai Silicon Oasis from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Identify and engage qualified prospects for business setup and commercial opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of high-value companies.Sales and Conversion

• Negotiate with prospects and turn opportunities into successful company registrations.
• Manage relationships with prospects and clients from first contact through to registration.Pipeline Management

• Track and manage all leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Keep the pipeline accurate and up to date.
Requirements

• A strong background in business development, corporate sales, investor attraction or business setup services.
• A proven record of attracting and converting high-value companies.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and pipeline management is essential.
• Valid UAE documents (Emirates ID, visa and passport), each with at least 6 months’ validity.Ideal Background

• A business development or corporate sales professional from business setup, free zone or investor attraction services.
• Please note: this role is not suitable for real estate agents or residential property brokers.Working Conditions

• Location: Dubai, fully on site.
• Start date: as soon as possible.
• Contract: October to December, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
• Working hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
• Visa: investor, free zone and freelance visas are not accepted.
