Job Role:
- Strong knowledge and minimum one year experience in claims submission, reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and insurance payers to ensure timely claim submission and reconciliation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with payers and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth reconciliation activities and improve claim efficiency.
- Analyze claim discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to reduce claim rejections.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and ensure timely closure of recon closure with the payer and internal stakeholders.
- Monthly MIS reports.
Skills Required:
- Pro in MS Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication skill both verbal & written.
- Data Analytics
- Medical coding optional
Requirements
- •Minimum one year experience in claims submission and reconciliation processes
- •Pro level proficiency in MS Excel
- •Proficiency in Power BI
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Knowledge of data analytics
