We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Sales Manager with a passion for building relationships and driving sales to help us fill our rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet halls.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Managing daily sales activities and achieving individual sales targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Promoting guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue
  • Preparing sales proposals, conducting site inspections, and negotiating contracts
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Producing and reviewing sales reports to monitor performance

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
  • Two or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
  • Must speak local language(s)
  • Other languages preferred
