Overview Of The Role:
The Regional Head of Marine & Power Products is responsible for driving growth and performance of Honda Marine & Power Products across the UAE, Qatar, and Oman. The role involves shaping regional strategy, ensuring profitability, enhancing customer experience, and leading high-performing teams. The position requires managing sales, aftersales, technical excellence, and operational performance across various products and markets. Success in this role is defined by the ability to expand the brand's regional presence, deliver consistent profitability, and maintain superior service quality.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and execute the regional business strategy for Marine & Power Products.

• Identify and develop market growth opportunities across all three categories.

• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements, turning insights into actions.

• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across UAE, Qatar, and Oman.

• Support training initiatives to enhance technical and commercial competencies.

• Provide technical guidance for customer projects and product enhancement opportunities.

• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and operational efficiency across sales and aftersales.

• Manage strategic customer relationships, negotiations, and regional partnerships.

• Ensure robust cost control, pricing discipline, and contribution margin optimization.

• Oversee inventory, supply chain planning, and forecasting accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards across all locations.

• Stay updated on new technical developments and lead technical capability-building.

• Ensure high service quality through strong aftersales processes, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• 10 + years of experience in relevant industries with leadership experience.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, MBA preferred.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience in regional business leadership.

• Deep technical understanding of relevant marine and energy systems.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• 10+ years of experience in power generation, marine propulsion, battery systems, or energy storage sectors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional operations or technical-commercial business units.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marine Technology, Energy Systems, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record in strategic planning, business development, and delivering profitable growth.

• Analytical decision-making with a focus on safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
