Key Responsibilities
- Handle new reservations, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries.
- Manage bookings through Property Management Systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
- Ensure rates, availability and guest details are accurately updated.
- Coordinate with Operations and Housekeeping for guest arrivals and special requirements.
- Respond professionally to guest calls, emails and booking requests.
- Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, holiday homes, hotels or hospitality.
- Good knowledge of PMS / reservation and booking systems.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
- UAE holiday-home/hospitality experience is preferred.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
