Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the accounting sector.
• Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Maintain a talent pipeline through active sourcing and networking initiatives.
• Conduct reference and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote ΝΒΚ as an employer of choice.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, preferably within the accounting industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting roles and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
