- Diagnose and manage chronic and complex respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis, and restrictive lung disorders.
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust respiratory medications, oxygen therapy, and non-invasive or invasive ventilatory support, within approved clinical privileges.
- Assess and manage sleep-disordered breathing, including obstructive sleep apnea, home sleep studies, and CPAP/BiPAP therapy.
- Conduct scheduled home visits across Dubai and provide specialist on-call support during agreed hours for urgent clinical concerns and patient deterioration.
- Develop individualized respiratory care plans and provide clinical guidance to respiratory therapists, nurses, and physiotherapists.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure patient safety, and comply with DHA regulations and healthcare standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- DHA eligibility or active DHA license as a Specialist/Consultant Pulmonologist is required, as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in pulmonology or respiratory medicine.
- Strong experience in managing adult respiratory conditions, with pediatric respiratory care experience highly desirable.
- Hands-on expertise in oxygen therapy, non-invasive ventilation, invasive ventilation, and tracheostomy management is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of sleep medicine, sleep apnea assessment, home sleep studies, and CPAP/BiPAP management.
- Previous experience in home healthcare, critical care, or complex respiratory patient management is an advantage.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Comfortable conducting home visits across Dubai and providing on-call specialist support during agreed hours.
- Available for part-time employment with an immediate or early joining date.
What We Offer
