WSP Middle East Limited – Dubai Branch is seeking a seasoned Projects Control Manager (Cost Engineering) for its AE Maritime department (AE013718‑T&I‑01). The role drives cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control across Abu Dhabi Ports projects, monitors financial performance against approved budgets, manages change and cost risks, and delivers accurate reporting and analysis to support strategic decision‑making. The successful candidate will work closely with project, commercial and client teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual and governance requirements.
Requirements
- •Seasoned experience in Projects Control and Cost Engineering
- •Ability to drive cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- •Experience monitoring financial performance against approved budgets
- •Ability to manage change and cost risks
- •Strong reporting and analysis skills to support strategic decision-making
- •Ability to work closely with project, commercial, and client teams
