We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background managing projects from the consultancy/client representative side, with proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and project delivery activities across complex infrastructure programs.This role is ideally suited to professionals with direct experience in roads, highways, transportation networks, utilities, and related infrastructure projects. Candidates with predominantly building, architectural, contractor execution, or design-focused backgrounds will not be considered.
