We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams (architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers).
This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market
- Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
- Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management
- Fluent English and Georgian (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage
- Previous experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus

Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management
- •Fluent English (written and spoken)
- •Fluent Georgian (written and spoken)
