Key Responsibilities
The role is a full-time, project manager role, embedded within a client's development team, reporting to one of our Directors. You are responsible for managing multiple warehousing / logistical / manufacturing facility projects in the UAE. Your role includes working alongside our planning & commercial teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for managing the post-contract phases of projects, leading meetings, owning the action tracker, managing information flow between the teams, managing everyone's timelines and deliverables, driving site progress & quality, overseeing contract administration, and all formal project reporting to the client's development team.
Requirements
- •Experience in managing warehousing, logistical, or manufacturing facility projects
- •Ability to work alongside planning and commercial teams
- •Experience managing external consultants and contractors
- •Ability to manage post-contract project phases
Responsibilities
