Fuse is building the world’s first vertically integrated renewable energy major – combining energy generation, real-time power trading and consumer products that rewards users for smart energy usage. By selling directly to customers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers. We’re already delivering energy 30% cheaper than the rest of the industry.
We raised $170M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more.
Responsibilities:
Designing best-in-class products and experiences that make energy abundant.
- Consumer products: Mobile and web apps that reward users for controlling their usage, balancing grid demand and upgrading their home with solar, batteries and EVs.
- Physical + digital experiences: Home energy upgrade, hardware products, and home IoT device controls.
- Brand expression / identity: Define Fuse's visual language across web, mobile, motion, and physical products.
- High-stakes interfaces: Internal tools and platforms that manage gigawatts of renewable energy, thousands of installations and millions of customers. (We build from scratch). As we scale, you'll design grid management systems, blockchain reward mechanisms, and products that don't exist yet. Early design hire means shaping the entire roadmap.
Who You'll Work With
Our design team includes designers from Pentagram, Bakken & Bæck, Revolut, and Arrival. The team bridges visual, motion, 3D, product and web design to create great experiences. You'll work directly with our CEO (ex-Revolut) and across engineering, trading, and operations.
